Lug nuts and TPMS

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask would this lug nuts kit work

https://www.rallysportdirect.com/part/lug-nuts/mcg-65554bk-mcgard-lug-nut-kit-black-12x1-25

For my G37s Coupe, I understand that the size for the nuts are m12-1.25 but I read alot of acorn style lug nuts should be fitted to the wheels. The ones in the link don't mention acorn style. What happens if it's not acorn?

TPMS sensors are another mystery for me . I get it that you can add them to aftermarket wheels but do you need a specific part number? Do they have to be programmable or are they all car specific only to oem tire size? I run 275 on the rear and 245 in the front, so do I have to get a tpms specific to those wheel sizes or specific for my G37s Coupe 2008?
If it's the latter where can I buy a set of 4? By whom should it be programed by? Can I do it myself?
 Thanks!

Followed your link, according to the website they will fit your car is with the standard wheels. Not sure if you have aftermarket wheels or not.

TPMS, You can switch your stock sensors to new wheels. you can get pre-programed sensors or ones that have to be programed, but you would need someone to reset the system.

Good luck.

No, those lug nuts aren't safe to use w/ the OEM wheels, you need mag-style lug nuts w/ washer and the flat seat. Those tapered/conical seats on OEM wheels can shear into the lug holes and create a dangerous situation.
Here's the proper mag style lug nuts
Gorilla® 12mm x 1.25 Toyota/Nissan Lug Nut from Brandsport Auto Parts (#GRLA-73128T)
Here's the kind of locks you'd need

Now if you have aftermarket wheels those lug nuts you posted will work fine

Thanks for the replies but yeah I forgot to add I'm not with stock wheels. Miro 111 19"
Front : 19"x8.5 Rear : 19" x9. 5 As for tires (I don't think it's relevant but I'll include it anyway) Michelin super sport ps4s 245/40/R19 275/35/R19But how will you know what lug nuts fit what wheels? As for tpms do you guys know any good website because I found sets of 4 but they don't say pre - programmed just oem, I won't want to switch the oem one to be programmed again because I'd have to pay my mechanic 60$ (30$ to remove tire from rim for set of 4) then another 30 to add the tpms ID rather just buy another 4 sensors. Thanks again!

The lug nuts you posted in your first reply will work fine w/ the Miros. As far as TPMS, might take a look at this DIY, it may be of help~

Also be sure to add hub bore adapter rings, you can do this at a later date if you want, but this will typically eliminate or severely reduce any high speed vibration caused by larger than oem wheel hub bores.

You'd need 73.1mm to 66.1mm adapters, and these aluminum ones on ebay will work well and hold up much better than plastic ones.
4PC ALUMINUM HUB CENTRIC RINGS 66.1MM CAR HUB TO 73.1MM WHEEL BORE FITS NISSAN

Also Gorilla makes a lock "system" that has 16 lug nuts and 4 locks, they are a good product.
