Which Coupe parts will fit a Vert?

Hey guys. I'm new here and I have been searching through the forums for an answer to this. I just got a 2009 convertible and I have noticed that most vendors only offer coupe and sedan options. so my question is, which parts will fit the convertible and can be ordered as coupe parts?

For example, I have heard that there is no rear diffuser for the vert, but there is for the coupe. Or another example, coupe side splitters won't fit a vert. I just want this thread to provide people a good place to start when ordering parts for the vert.

TIA!

Welcome to the site!
The rear is wider on the vert, not sure about how the front differs, I'm guessing it would be the3 same as the coupe. Rear suspension is different (at least the lower control arms are) and front suspension would have higher spring rates to compensate for the heavier vert curb weight.

I believe all the drivetrain parts should swap over but not sure on the exhaust as there may be different chassis supports ???

The vert also has different gear ratios to make up for the added weight.

Also the rear vert wheels have a less positive (more aggressive) offset to make up for the wider fenders. So if you plan on a wheel setup you need to account for the extra width in back if you plan to run a flush fit.

Thanks! These are all i have at the moment! Has the light interior with nav, sport wheels, etc. Only thing it didn't come with to my knowledge is the sport pack stuff (big brakes, paddle shifters, sport seats, and suspension). Love this car so far!

There is no comprehensive list of differences (that I know of).
Rear suspension is the biggest one. LCAs and camber arms are different and therefore coilover/shock lower mounts are as well. If you lower, you'll need to use camber and toe bolts for alignment.

I have IPL axleback from coupe and it fits fine - I don't see why other axlebacks won't fit. Reading the posts from Kenny, if you don't have active rear steering, any coupe catback should fit as well.

As Brad mentioned, booty is slightly wider so you can fit wider / lower offset wheels.

Tail lights are different (learned the hard way).
Rear bumper - coupe lower lips / diffusers won't fit.
Trunk is different - small chrome spoiler might fit, but big lip spoiler is definitely different.
Antenna is on the trunk vs roof.

I think that's about it for the basics.

I honestly didn't know any of these cars had active rear steering. That's a new piece of info for me. Is that only an AWD thing?
