Did I get a good deal? Tires + Misc

Wanted to get feedback if I should pull the trigger on this deal for my '13 x coupe.

-New 4x Potenza REO50A (getting exact model cause I know they had some revisions) size 245/45/18 for the stock 18" rims. Installed/mounted/balanced.
-Installation of Swift Springs (ebay) for x coupe and 370z RSB (and bushing/end-links) and replacement of front end-links (bought from rockauto)
-Alignment (hopefully get it pretty close to spec with out camber kit)
All this for $800...should I do it?!

That's a real good deal as long as it's a reputable shop, but be prepared to get a rear camber/toe kit if the alignment is off much in back, especially w/ those soft Potenzas, they won't last long with alignment out of spec.

I'm not a big fan of the Re050 but they're a safe option since they're OE. Price is pretty good.

Sorry to hijack your thread, I just got a 2013 g37 journey coupe with the OEM goodyear 225/50R18 tires. What would be the best replacement tire size for them? I was thinking of getting 245/45/18 all around but wasn't sure if it'll fit the stock wheels.

Also is there any benefit to having smaller width tires in front (225/50/18) or can I go 245/45/18 all around and not have any problems?

Thanks for the help guys. If anyone has any suggestions on what tires to get I'll appreciate that as well. I'm in Houston, TX so generally warm/hot weather and rain. From the forums I see that the Michelin PSS, Bridgestone potenza S04, and Hankook V12 are popular options.

Welcome to the site, go ahead and post in the wheel folder when you get a 2nd chance.

A 245/45/18 would be the widest tire you should run on that OEM 18" wheel, you'll be ok w/ that, and those tire choices are all good, also add Continental DW to the list.

Well, it pretty much is with all those changes ...
You completely changed the dynamics and handling.
