Resonated vs Unresonated Axleback

what's the main difference between an unresonated and resonated exhaust? Beluga offers a resonated one for about $175 more, would it be worth the extra $?

If the resonators are quality items and placed correctly they help to smooth out the exhaust note and cut down on drone in the cabin.

I would probably skip on the beluga exhaust and go with a name brand. I had a Megan resonated test pipe that didn't have any packing material in the resonators.

well, I'm not looking to spend much so I've read that the beluga is a good cheaper axleback to go with... with that being said, would you recommend I go with the resonated or stick with the just regular axleback? Just not sure if it'd be worth the extra $170 or so...
