Try TireBuyer.com, they usually have good selection and prices and sometimes coupons.

Yeah, there are cheaper options from name brand sources which would be better than going w/ off brands. Companies like Toyo & Nitto have decent tires for good prices. I would consider those before going w/ stuff from Nexen, Federal and the real off brands like Lionhart

Would Sumitomo be off brand? Really looking to get cheap-o's bc i wanna see how the stretch would be and ride on. A couple of my friends got some cheap-o's and they ride better than some name brands in terms of tread life and grip plus handling in wet conditions. My car isnt a daily at all so that's why im not so worried.

Sumitomo isn't that much of an off brand, they make some decent tires. I heard Nankang is good for stretching and they are super cheap.

Falken are pretty popular w/ those running stretched, and they make some decent setson a budget. Sumitomo is a Japan sourced tire so the quality is pretty good.
