Just bought a manual G37S Sedan!
Hey guys, my name is Ryan. I live in the northeast part of Houston, Texas, and on Thursday I bought a 2010 Infiniti G37S Sedan, of course in manual, last week on Cinco de Mayo. It now has 49k miles on it, which ain't bad at all! It caught my eye and I test drove it two days after, and here we are. I'm new to the Infiniti/Nissan game, but I've always liked the brand more than others. I currently also own a 2003 Mazda Miata LS. Absolutely loving the car so far. I think I got a pretty decent deal on it, too... about $2000 under the KBB value, but I digress.
Nice to meet ya'll.

Perfect buy! Got the fog light front end and a manual sedan averaging less than 9k miles per year since new. I'd say that's a perfect purchase. And love the color too. Congrats!
Haha, thanks for the welcome, guys. I've actually been looking at G37's (casually) for over a year. This was the first manual sedan I saw. Honestly I didn't even know they made them until like two weeks ago. Did a couple hours of research that night, and basically made up my mind... if I liked the way it drove and was genuinely impressed with it, I was going to buy it. And that was that. I only have a couple small gripes about it but hey, nobody's perfect, right?
I only have a couple planned mods. Of course, I need to focus on paying it off first, but I'd love to get some dark gray or black 19" wheels. I want to drop it maybe an inch or so but I don't want to sacrifice the ride too much... maybe a nice exhaust system, and that's just about it. I'm sure I'll find cool stuff along the way, and that'll be added. But for now it's going to stay stock.
Here's a rear pic...

To put it simply, when I bought my Miata, I told myself i'd keep it all stock and I've put like $3000 into it already. And the future parts list is pretty damn hefty. So honestly, who knows.
Hope you guys don't mind a couple Mazda pictures as well...
