It's really easy to post your own thread maybe a admin can move it for you. Anyways to answer your question have you tried resetting it? 13.8 mpg is awfully low, I averaged 15 mpg in My coupe but it was a 6 speed and with a 7 speed you should be averaging about 18mpg or so. I average 19mpg on my 7 speed sedan and I drive pretty fast. Do you use premium gas?

Welcome to the forum! Do what Ricio said and try to reset it. That should solve your issue. Also try to post up some pictures! Nothing to joke about with your car 2013 is a beauty year and many here own a 7AT

Thanks a lot for your help I feel the love in here!! I'll post pics soon. I'm at 15.5 right now and I didn't reset it yet. I'm wondering if the car needed a few days of driving to adjust as I bought it from a dealer and hasn't been consistently driven. I love this car!! Hopefully it keeps me away from getting back into a gxr1000 or Hayabusa again. 😁😁

Welcome to the site Miami, glad you found us. If you just got the car chances are the mpg calculator was basing it on however the previous owner had driven it, or if it was on a lot for a bit several speedy test drives would skew that mpg downward quick.

I'd fill it up, reset the digital meter, reset one of the trip odometers, and then drive it for about 1/2 a tank, fill it back up to full and note the gallons you needed to top it off. You can then do the math to get an accurate mpg and compare it to your digital meter. Sometimes the dash meters aren't that accurate.

Thanks for you help!! Right now it went up to 15.5 mpg city so it's going up slowly but surely. I just bought it Wednesday night so you're the car was sitting and needed to adjust to everyday driving.
