Buying newer G37, which one?

Hey I got an 04 g35 and I wanna upgrade to a 2009 or 2010 g37x.
This might be a loaded question but is buying a 2009 g37x at 10k at 150k km worth it? or should I get a 2010 G37xS at 104k km for $14,500? Those are my two choices. Will I be good with just a 09 g37 at 150k km? What problems should I look out for?

Thanks.

I highly suggest going for the car with less mileage and paying the extra amount or making a lower offer and seeing if they bite. I'd and so suggest looking for a car with less miles period lol you never know how much wear and tear has been done with all that mileage. Best of luck with your purchase and keep us posted on the outcome! Hopefully soon we can call you an official G owning forum member!

Year newer, less miles, sport package and a facelift. I say the '10 is worth a little extra. Still try to talk them down a bit

You'll probably be happier with the 10' G37xS in the long run, that'd be my vote

My vote also goes to the xS - sport seats, paddle shifters, stiffer suspension, front bumper, bigger brakes...there's quite a bit that comes with the sport package for the marginal cost. $14.5k is a great deal, but as others have said try to shoot a bit lower.

i live toronto GTA and its rlly hard to find low mileage g35/g37s.... might have to end up going over my budget of 15k. I thought 2010 g37xs is only atheistic...

Let say I do go with the 2009, what can I expect from buying a 150k km (93k miles) G37?

Just realized it said kilometers and not miles. Regardless as said above the xS has sport seats, paddle shifters, stiffer suspension, nicer front bumper, and awesome bigger brakes. Definitely worth the extra money without a doubt. And if buying a car with that high of mileage the first thing I'd highly suggest doing is flushing the transmission fluid.

Not a problem bud I'm always willing to help out someone become part of the Infiniti community. These links should be able to help with any concerns for what should be done for a 90k mile service needed for the car. Any other questions just let me know and don't hesitate to ask.

So this Saturday, I will be purchasing my first G37 finally. Now I am stuck with these two choices. I'm looking at 2012 G37X 55k miles and 2012 G37XS 64k miles. Now the only reason why I am considering the G37xs is because of the sport suspension and the stance of the car. I want to take a corners better and have better control of the car at high speeds. I don't really care much about the sport seats and paddle shifters. I just want to of the ride is more signicant in the sport version. Nonspprt version is about 23.7K and sport version is 24.3K.

Big difference in looks, appearance and suspension with the S model. Worth it in my opinion. Best of luck with the purchase!

Get the Sport Model and call it a day, I've spent more money over the years on my non-sport modding bits and pieces than if I were to have just gotten the S model. Either way I'm sure you'll make the right choice for yourself, keep us posted on your purchase
