Brakes weakening in 14,000 miles!

Hey guys I bought my 2011 g sedan used with 29,000 miles on it in March of 2015 the Dealer said new brakes were Put on the car when I bought they did indeed feel new. Now my problem is 9 months later with no more than 14,000 miles on the car it's jumping when I brake as if the brakes are going bad no squealing or any noises just jumping. After doing some research I feel it could be a warped rotor but I'm not sure maybe I need to replace all brakes and rotors. Has anyone experienced this I read the weakening brakes are common with older 35 models and there lawsuits involved against Nissan/infiniti . Please feed back from anyone with knowledge on this

Might have glazed pads and/or uneven pad deposits, probably something new quality pads and cleaned up rotors would solve.

Ive had nothing bug a good experience with Hawk pads over the years with previous cars, and my G. Stock rotors should be fine if you just resurface them. Unless they're warped of course. Not sure what brand to recommend on the rotors, I had mine made by a local company that one of my good friend's family friend owns.
