I bought a 2009 G37 coupe last weekend with 54k miles. I love this car. In the glove box, I found an Infiniti Elite warranty contract. I called Infiniti and they said I would have to get the previous owners signature to transfer the warranty. Well, I bought car from a dealership. Should I just call the guy and see if he will sign the transfer? I'm in TN and he is in GA.

 

well if the dealership bought the car then they should be able to sign the warranty over.
