My new brake pads are leaving my wheels dirty after I wash them and go for a drive, their dirty all over again. It looks like some kind of charcoal fluid all over my wheels. My guess is brake dust mixed with water. Anyone here with similar experience?

Welcome to the site, yep just an abundance of brake dust, switching to ceramic based pads should help.
Just remember it's "Brakes" not Breaks

 

Yerp, I have StopTech pads as well. Every time I wash, there's a layer of dust after the first drive.

Get pads that make less dust if it's a concern. Most give some description of what dust level to expect. Exactly which pads do you have? Specifically.

Like blnewt correctly stated, ceramics typically produce less dust.

 

Had brake fluid leak all over my wheels once. I was just driving and all of a sudden I realize I have to press the brakes harder and longer to make the car stop. It kept getting worse, until I realized my brakes were failing, so I hit the emergency blinkers and drove the car in 1st gear all the way to the mechanics shop. Lol as I was driving pretty slow and an auto-ricksha guy pulled next to me and was like "your blinkers are on." I was like "I know..." He's like then turn them off. I was like they're on for a reason! Happened in India

 

I have the stoptech street performance pads prefix 309, freakin hate them only had it for 3 weeks.
