Hello all!!! I just purchased a 2010 G37x sedan technology package Graphite on Graphite with 69K miles for $17500. Car is super clean in and out.. I test drove it and I fell in love. I am gonna read as much as I can on these forums as I want to do a little modding (preferably starting with increasing the sound) what I want to know from u guys is its good deal??... Are their things I need to worry about that typically goes bad with these G's??.. Any info is welcomed, thanks all in advance.

 

Sounds like a nice price, the transmission has had a few updates so you might want to take it to the dealer and see if the latest reflash/TSB has been performed. Other than that not much to worry about, congrats and welcome to the site.

I was reading somewhere on here about the transmission being updated. Being that warranty is over is that something I would have to pay for if it needs to be done?.. I have no warranty now second guessing not buying one

 

update cost about $200 last I went.

I ended up just keeping it the way it was feels more sporty in my opinion.

the update just smooths everything out If that's what you want.

 

Might try the dealer and see if they will apply it for no charge, wouldn't hurt to try and they might do it as a goodwill.
