New to the group!

I just recently (2 months or so) bought a used 2008 G37. Unfortunately it's auto, not stick, but I still love it. It's a dark charcoal grey color (post pics later). I'm just curious on everyones opinions...I took off the G37 badge, but still have the Infiniti logo and the letters that spell 'Infiniti' on it. I can't decide if I just want to plasti-dip all that in black, or take off the lettering and just plasti-dip the logo, or if I want to just debadge the whole thing. I'd value and appreciate any opinions.

I apologize if this should be in a different part of the forum!

welcome to the forum. It's up to you but if you plasti dip and don't like it you can always remove it. Do a little at a time, you can always remove it if you don't like but it's more difficult to reinstall... My .02

Welcome to the site, the Autos aren't bad, not as engaging as a 6MT but still a fun car to put through its' paces. Enjoy the ride!

Welcome to the club! I have an auto as well, it can still be fun if you use DS Mode or auto manual

Thanks everyone! I'm pretty sure im going to just leave the logo and not the lettering, and plasti-dip that. Tried once and it came out horribly! Ha! So, I'll have to try again or find someone who is better at it. I also want to do the front grille. That one I don't really trust myself with. Haha

I am new to the group. I just traded my 08 350z for a 10 G37x. When I test drove my G and another,I noticed an identical burning rubber smell in both of them that occurred every so often. The sales person thought it might be a cleaning solvent on the engine. I now notice this smell every couple of days. Can anyone tell me what the heck it is?
