Hey guys im going to be buying a 2011 g37 ipl soon, and i've only been looking at rims and lowering springs. so far i've narrowed it down to a set of vossens and eibach springs to lower the car, maybe ark exhausts too

im located in vancouver if anyone has any idea where to order the ark exhausts from and also a shop that can paint my headlight housings and tint out the windows. thanks guys new to the forum

Welcome. Why not invest in coilovers? You'll be much happier and the ride will feel much better! If you're going to replace those nice Looking IPL wheels look into something of higher quality. Vossen is all over the forum, and in 5 mins someone from Vossen will come reply to the thread, and tell you they have wheels available.

180customs can help with the housings. The turn-around is quick and quality is good. I'm sure you have tint shops in Vancouver. Google search and check the local reviews.

 

I have to agree here. And, if you're doing to buy ARK, my suggestion would be to keep the stock IPL exhaust. It almost seems as though you are downgrading your IPL with these modification choices. Just my $.02. It's your money...

Maybe look into a Fast Intentions or Motordyne exhaust . I have the FI on my IPL and love it. I agree with getting coilovers over just springs. Its like only buying a axle back and not getting the whole cat back or only getting new front rims and keeping your stock rims on the back...

 

im getting the sense you guys think ark is no good, any pointers as to why? i've driven the g37 xs before wasnt impressed with the exhaust, haveyet heard the ipl's. i read on some forums that if you arent needing to adjust the shocks all the time, springs are fine.
