I am looking into purchasing A intake for my 08 G37s. I am just looking for some information about a few of them.

R2c intake system - is it a cold air intake? if not what type of intake is it? and what are the difference between the two? How does it sound and what type of gains are there?

Stillen Gen 3 system- Whats the pros and cons in comparison to the R2c system? since they use K&n filters how often do they need to be oiled if at all?

Any other recommendations on intakes or mods are welcome as well!
