Hey everyone. I've actually been a member for some time. I've just been trolling around and drooling over everyone's pix!

Anyway, my introduction to Infiniti was my 2007 G35 Coupe 6MT. I bought it brand new and within months changed the rims and suspensions. The rims are Volk SF-Winnings and the coilovers were TEIN Comfort Sport. I also did some minor body mods such as JDM clears, shaved emblems and a painted grill. The interior had a NISMO shift ****. Here are some pix:





It wasn't meant to last.... I had to sell her and was forced to drive a beat up, old, crusty, rusty Sentra for about a year. Finally I decided to get back on the wagon and upgraded to a 2010 G37S Sedan.

Nice cars! Hawaii plates, huh? I grew up there and I lived out in Arlington Heights for a while too. No 4wd? I don't miss driving in snow.

Yep! HI plates! yeah, we just moved here last summer. What a freakin' change! And, no, no AWD!!! Thank god this has been a warm winter. Even with very minimal snow I was caught completely off guard. No snow tires, nothing. My car was slipping all over the place. Thought I was gonna die! So I've been using my wife's FX all winter. She wasn't too happy. Thank god it's spring. Definitely gonna insure in some snow tires and prep for next winter. Oh and thanks for the compliments!


I definitely want to. I already bought a set of ZE Forged rims that have been sitting in my garage for months. Truth be told, I bought them on impulse. Not even sure if they're going to fit. They came off of a G37 coupe.

 

Congrats on the car! We're not to far from each other. I live in Barrington right by the motorwerks dealer. Where did you pick up your car?

If you mean which dealer, I got my car from King Infiniti of Honolulu. Then I had it shipped to St Louis and drove it from there to Schaumburg.

I'd like to see your car sometime. Haven't really seen any tricked out Gs in my area. There is one white sedan that's lowered. That's it.

I'm down for that!

 

I'm down for a meet lol. A good meet up would prob be at AMC 30 but my car will be at the shop next week for readjustment of my coils.

 

I hope to have exhaust, rims, CAI, and coilovers by mid April
