Hello all, after a couple of months of browsing multiple forums and test driving possibly everything, I finally purchased a new 2011 G37x. I'm coming from a 2005 Audi A4 and its a big jump in power. Got a great deal since it was the last remaining 2011 the showroom had. Mad props to Infiniti of Lisle in the Chicago area for their excellent customer service. Just want to introduce myself and my car to the forum! I only have a couple of pics, havent really had time to snap some good ones yet!

Haha I agree, once the mod bug hits, they take up every dollar in my bank account. Nowadays Im preoccupied with finishing med school so most modding is put on hold. Only plans are to switch out the interior with LEDs and maybe get a custom sound system installed. No money for anything else schools got me broke
. Truth be told, this color is my favorite on the G. Just oozes class.
As for the Audi, it was a great car. I had the 6 speed sport package with the 1.8T. No where near as quick as the G37 but it got the job done. It didn't give many problems until I hit about 80,000 miles, where the maintenance bug really kicked in to the point where I ended up getting rid of it because of the rainbow of dashboard lights (airbag, check engine, traction control). If you're looking at an S4, I'd recommend nothing with over 30k miles so you can get at least 4-5 good years out of it before it becomes a money pig. I love German cars but definitely didn't have time or money to keep up with the maintenance anymore.
