Researching for my next car - and looking seriously at the G37 Vert. Just wanted to say Hi!

 

what are your other options?

 

My dream car was a BMW 650 but would have to buy an out of warrenty used to afford one. 2nd choice was a CPO BMW 335, but in both cases - it was BMW's poor track record with maintenance and problems that has scared me off from them. (spent the weekend talking with some BMW racers, mechanics and sales folks and they all concur with what is found on the Bimmer forums).

I currently have an '03 Maxima with 190k miles on it. I tend to get cars and keep them. I love my Max. But it's time to retire or at least keep it around for rainy days.

So, my options I'm looking at now are the g37 vert and the lexus is350. Although the Lex is lacking styling. But nothing else really stands out.

It seems the biggest complaints on the G are the rattle/noisy roof and the leaks. But having been a Max owner for nearly 10 years, I can say I absolutely love Nissan's quality and I know Infiniti takes it to another level.

 

I love my G, will def keep it forever! Browse the site and see what you like and don't like, then make an educated decision. Sounds like you're on the right track with research.
