Well, after an 8 year ownership run with a 2003 Mazda6s V6, I finally upgraded to a 2011 G37s sedan. My 6 was a pretty low mileage vehicle (49k) so I had dragged my feet for years on replacing it, but I finally decided it was time for a bit more fun.

I decided to spring for the sedan with Premium/Sport/Nav and added the OEM spoiler. Color combo is Liquid Platinum with Stone interior. Had to get the dealer in AZ to trade with one in El Paso but am very happy I waited for the lighter color interior. My 6 was silver with black interior and I cursed it each of the past four summers I've lived in AZ.

No mods for me - this is such an upgrade from a features/performance standpoint from my last car that I'm very happy with what I've got. I did get a full exterior detail from my friendly mobile detailer who has taken care of me in the past and the exterior looks almost wet it's so clean right now.

Pics attached - apologies for the brightness but I am in Phoenix so that's life. I also have a '91 Miata 5spd that my dad gave me a few years ago with only 11k miles on it (he stopped driving it a long time ago) so sometimes I grab that puppy out of the garage and fling it around the neighborhood as well.

Congrats and welcome to the forum. I came from a similar situation, had an '04 Mazda 6S and upgraded to a 6MT. You will be very happy with the change and good luck!
