Some dealership will get the factory wheels chrome plated and sell the car that way.
I believe that is what happened in my case. The car was a manager lease apparently so only one prior owner/driver.

my first car was 00 accord sedan lol. kinda missed it w the ridiculous snow we had over here in east coast lol. but summer's almost here!

Nice car! If you have a '10 or '11 they can swap out your rims for powder coated chrome rims, where the company (I think in Cleveland) trades them for yours. I have an '09 so they couldn't do it for me at the dealership. I went from an '01 Altima GLE to a fully loaded '09 G37S!
