I am a newbie here, but I had a question someone might be able to answer for me. A few days ago, I noticed a sound which I would describe as a water swooshing noise coming from the rear of my G37 coupe when I hit the brake after backing up in reverse. I can also hear it when I let the car travel forward and quickly depress the break. At first I thought it was a half full Gatorade bottle under the seat, but it isn't.

That is what I initially thought, however, the tech claimed that they have sound dampers in place to avoid hearing that. Plus, I just started noticing the sound and my tank is always, for the most part, full. I have never heard this sound before. Although, I do appreciate your political and diplomatic way of calling me stupid Love the picture, too. Nice looking G. So, i take it that you hear this same sound, too?
