I used to have a G but now have a Titan, although I've stated looking at possibly getting a new G coupe this summer!?!

I have some family down in Commerce township. Don't see to many Nissan/Infiniti's around there though. If you see a silver 2009 Subaru STI w/ Ontario plates down there, it's probably me! Maybe I will see if my mom will let me take the G37x down there around July and meet up with you guys!

Also a Titan, what model? My dad was going to get a PRO-4X w/ leather and the King Cab a year or two ago... ended up going with an 09 F-150 FX4 Luxury package. He would have gone with the PRO-4X if they would have been more willing to move on price as well as if it had got better MPG. Now I'm a little biased towards the FX4 now... but I'd still say the Pro-4X and the FX4 are the 2 nicest trucks on the road (well other than the Ford Raptor, but that's another story!)

That would be great if you could come down for the July meet! Perhaps we could drive out there together, along with some others around here with Z31's, Z32's, Z33's and Titans. That would be a great caravan! Last year, I was in a caravan with 5 300ZX TT's, 2 Titans, 1 Sentra SE-R Spec V, a Skyline R34 GT-R and a Nismo 350Z. It was quite a sight!

Actually, I have seen a fair number of G37 coupes around here. There are quite a bit of Nissan products driving around these parts because the Nissan Technical Center is just around the corner (in Farmington Hills).

I have a 2004 Titan KingCab SE, which has been modded quite a bit over the past 5 years.

 

^ Nice, sounds pretty fun! The caravan idea sounds sweet! I was actually down there in early July last year w/ my family, my family in Commerce Township is actually my Aunt/Uncle, anyways my Aunt's brother was racing in Pinks All Out somewhere in Western MI (about 2 hours west of Commerce, I think it might have been called Martin), it was lots of fun! If you've ever seen an 05 Altima SE-R w/Ontario plates down around Commerce sometime, it was probably me haha (lease ended and got the STI though).

I'm surprised I don't see more Infinits/Nissans when I'm down there then... maybe my eyes are just more trained to keep an eye out for Subarus instead haha. It seems as if every vehicle down there is either a Ford, Chevy, or Dodge though hah, any import is fairly rare it seems!

We love our G37. It now has 12,000+ miles. On two different occasions it has begun go chug at 2500 rpms. Almost felt like it was out of gas. Both times we had to pull over, turn off and restart the car at which time it got back to normal. We have had it checked by two different Infinti dealers and both say nothing appears abnormal on their diagnosgtics.

Has anyone else had similar experiences? If so, please let me know if you have found a cure.

 

It could be the IPDM. ... Intelligent Power Distribution Module. Have the technician check it out. It's located in engine compartment with other fuses. In actuality, it is just one resistor, although Nissan makes you buy the entire board @ $100 a pop! This has been an ongoing with other Nissan products like my Titan.
