www.infinitifinance.com

I'm wondering if anyone else has had trouble registering with www.infinitifinance.com. I bought my new G37 about two months ago, financed through Infiniti Finance, and have tried to register on their web site so that I could pay my bills online. But I've tried at least 10 times to register, and every time I get a message saying something like "Cannot process your request at this time." I called Infiniti Finance about 6 weeks ago to find out what the problem was, and they said they were aware of the problem and it should be fixed in a couple of days. Well, a lot more than a couple of days have passed, and the problem still persists. Anyone else have a similar experience? Any ideas what the problem is?

I get that sometimes, the website is kind of iffy to me. It loads up like my laptop is a cell phone browser sometimes, and takes ages to load up the next screen. Infact, i went into the dealership to find out whats wrong and why i wasn't able to create an account. The salesman i dealt with managed to get it working for me.

also, when you pay via infinitifinance, they use Billmatrix, which charges you a 5.00 FEE for using it. I would just log into my bank of america account and schedule payment there.

Hmmm I never noticed this since I never have to log in. I've set it to auto deduct every month so I won't have to worry about it.

I'll have to look into the $5 fee though. This is the first time I'm hearing about this.
