The 7,500 mile service on a coupe is pretty simple. It's and oil change, add BG MOA, check brakes and general all over inspection of the car. Top off any fluids if needed. Can't rotate the tires on a coupe, but that would be done on a sedan.
I just did mine last week.

I can't match the free oil changes, but I can get them pretty cheap for you.

I still think its worth meeting with IoC before we jump ship. It would be nice to be able to settle on one place and have a long lasting relationship.

For a regular oil change with oil I can probably do for about $25, I know it's not free. But I know damn sure I can beat their prices on other services like 15k and 30k and pretty much anything else.

It's not so much about jumping ship, it's about having more options. For MD folks, chantilly is a hike. There shouldn't be a problem with having multiple places. I mean other than those that live and work near IOC, non of us really venture out that way. This mean, you guys will continue to bring their cars there, and MDer will have to drive less. The more options the better, trust me, the dealers aren't going hungry b/c of this. I'm sure Jeff's discount is much more than 20% you would get from IOC, but again, tha'ts way far for MDer. Just a thought.

Funny that we talk about dealerships and their Svc departments. I got a letter from Infiniti to join their "Inner Circle" to automate my service alerts by sending them my contact info so they can auto schedule my service appointments. At the bottom of the letter was.........

Gary Silver, Vince, and some other dudes signatures and names. I guess the 30k service I did with them prompted this. I think the last thing I need is someone nagging me to schedule a service appointment.

folks, i know it's been almost a year since the last post, but was curious if there was any resolution on going to IOTC with a group discount. I brought my car there and have been reasonably satisfied with the service dept.

for part, holler at Dave (miller?) at IOTC, I've told a couple of you this already, but if you need Infiniti parts, he's your man. I get much more than 20% through Dave, more like 30-50%, no joke. I just got the cabin filter from him yesterday for $21!!!, they list at $52 and I called IOC and they wanted $58, so do the math. Plus he's a kool kat, he's the one that set up the stillen GB for us a while back.

So pretty much U told him in so many words that if he accepts the NGCs demands and people see us up there we'll bring him in more business???

Any updates to this? I'm in need of an oil change and it's too hot outside for me to do it myself...

Do we still have the deal with IOC?

I bought my G there and had no clue NGC had any deal with them.

If we do still have a deal with IOC, what are the details of this deal?

I'd be very interested. I've had bad experiences at Jim Coleman.
