yea my pockets are deeper than a bottemless pitt....i was gonna offer half a tank... i thought that would be sufficent enough for a 2 way trip. When my friend lost his job i was paying for his gas and mine for a whole month. (he has a g too but dosnt want to come out and play)

Its a townhome with a 2 car garrage. It is for sale by owner so there are pretty high incentives. Just waiting for underwriting to finish their thing. (dammit hurry up!!)
