For those of you with Sprint Service..

I am planning on buying a new phone because I am eligible for a $150 rebate since I have had my contract for more than 2 years now. I was thinking about getting the Samsung A900 which is fairly similar to the Motorola RAZR. Are there any other phones that I should consider? Should I wait for something else? Are there any sites out there that give could reccomendations? Here is a pic of what it looks like.

I haven't read the reviews on the A900 but from having seen it in person at the store, it feels like crap compared to the Razr. I have a Razr now and although it's a good looking phone, the software on the Razr sucks. Check out this site for reviews. Personally, I'd look at the Sony Ericsson W810i, W800, K750i Samsung D500/D600 just to name a few but it depends on Sprints network. Not sure which ones would work.

yeah I was going to buy my fiance the A900, but I went and got the A920 instead. Both have the same features (bluetooth, speaker, voicedial, sprinttv...etc). A900 is razr and A920 is not.

Either or should be good and both are samsung.

I started out with Nokias back when we head Voice Stream and then they got bought out by T-Mobile head that for long long time and moved over to samsung while I was with T-Mobile, Now I'm with Sprint/Nextel (my wife is still with T-Mobile (samsung) ) And me ofcourse with samsung as well. This phone that you posted here is very good (my brodas wife has it) but me personaly I love new samsung that T-Mobile has Samsung t809. Thinking to switch back to T-Mobile, but I do not this it will hapend anytime soon unless they improve their network and put more antenas in the area where I live.

So the phone u looking at is GREAT.

Hey you guys might want to check out if your company has a discount with Sprint/Nextel. Hell all of the companies have 'corporate' discounts. I know MOST people on here are in the IT world so I'm sure your company has a discount. I'd check that out too!

Since you've had it for 2 years, your contract should be up. Unless you have a company discount that makes it a cheap plan, you could take this opportunity to dump Sprint for a better plan/phone.

On Amazon.com or LetsTalk.com you should be able to find any stylish phone on T-Mobile or Cingular for $0-$100 after rebate.
