I told you guys that UTR was shady a looooooooong time ago. I can only speak for Mike being shady, but if the words he relayed from his boss to me are true, they are a company in diar need of a turnaround.

If its one thing you should have learned through all these types of posts is to learn both sides of the story. Paypal settled the claim and UT got the money from what it looks like. Maybe the guy did something wrong?

The way I read it was, Dude sent the hood late, UT tried to screw him by paying less, he filed, they paid, then they called the credit card company and they stopped payment, and that's were he sits now. UT still screwed the guy. Even if the guy was a complete jerk, he still got screwed!

pf...i hope you guys remember the thread regarding devon's CF parts and then O_NO and Unlimited Tuning started flaming at me for writing such a thing w/o owning their products.

i couldnt do much since you werent frequently on the forum back then.
within an hour, my thread got deleted.
people never get it. if you treat your customer like a crap, you dont just lose that customer in business but affect many people.
plus, people buy lots of stuffs, not just one.
