seems to me like a poor loser. My previous car was an RSX type S and I know they are capable of great times with FI. 3rd gear takes you to 80, and forth gear pulls strong in that car also. after 120-130 mph though, the m3 should gain.

i am so confused...i was expecting M3 to kill him easily.

[edit]
nvm...m3 probably would killed him in upper gears like up til 100mph.

well low gears, turboed RSX would kill it but as you get into higher gears, i noticed that 4 cylinders can do so much.

never said M3 was god but the video failed to prove anything. no speed no indication of who clearly won. off the line...RSX could take it...but I'd say around 3rd or 4th.....M3 would take it....i might even go as far to say i wouldnt be surprised if the M took the RSX off the line...might be close...

M3s run low 13s...turbo RSX...id guess about the same...high/mid 12s i doubt unless they are on slicks....even a turbo'd Z barely breaks 12s....

alberto who's the god of shifting ran a 11.98 in his TN ST Z...thats just barely breaking 12s...id really like to see an RSX hit 12s...

I just raced a M3 with CAI from 60 roll........I got him about 1/4 car at the end of third gear......then I shifted to 4th when he was still in 3rd (M3 redline is 8k ), he jumped back 1 1/2 car in front of me at the end of 4th gear....I shut down arround 120+.....M3 is quick at high end cuz they have higher RPM.......they will put the vid up in my350z.com.......Dave from AAM recorded it....one thing I am new with stick shift hehe.....

at what rpm did you shift? maybe you should shift earlier because Mrev actually loose power over stock after ~6200rpm. if you waited till redline at 7k rpm then you spent couple of hundred rpms out of the sweet part of your powerband

i think u would have done better if you shifted earlier, its not about how high the engine can rev (s2000 and rx8 has 9k rpm redline and our car's top end kills them), each engine have different characteristics, its about staying in the best part of the powerband. mrev shifts the sweet part of the powerband to the left by a couple hundred rpms, i think you probably landed too high in 4th.
