UTR is a reputable company and has sold to many customers not only on this site but I'm sure others. Before we jump to any conclusions just wait until it all unfolds before we start these threads about them. They deserve that much.

true true, sorry for that, I just thought it was shocking cause I was about to order a few things from them.. :P

 

I ordered their CF G-tube off of ebay just a few weeks ago. No transaction problems what-so-ever.

Probably just a misunderstanding or maybe someone else using UTRs name to scam?

 

Note: this is also for a sale to them, versus a purchase from them.

 

It could be someone using their name as a scam...

 

they deserve the chance for everything to clear up regarding this issue. but if i remember correctly, their customer service was very rude to clokwork in a prior incident.
