Trading To FX35?

Hey guys.. I have 05 6mt G35C fully loaded with Navi, too. and have 18000 miles on it. but i'm thinking about trading it for either Infiniti M or FX35..
main reason is because I'm getting marry this year and figured I'll need bigger car and plus, my monthly payment is too high... any place where I can go to trade my car for either M or FX and pay less monthly payment..? I'm paying close to $800/month.. I'm thinking maybe I could either get M or FX and get lower interest and pay less monthly payments.. also which one do you guys prefer? M or FX???? anyone have done this trade??? please help... thanks

Yea. The M is pretty nice, but thats not gonna lower your payments dude. The best you could do is lease, or try to get a longer financing period (72 months). You could probably lease an M for around $600, FX35 for 500ish.

FYI you're probably looking about $27,000 for your trade, so depending on how much you owe, that could help or hurt.

how much is the fx35??

you could also refinance your G if you just want to lower the payments.

seriously tho, if you're paying 800$ month, you should really do yourself a favor and go with an accord or something like that, it'll ease your load considerable.. Thats a really high payment.

Wink

thanks for the replies guys.... yeah that $800/month plus insurance and all that is kind of giving me hard time... and of course, if I couldn't afford the car like this, i should'nt purchased it before... but like i mentioned, i'm getting merry this october and figured i'll need bigger car (plus, my wife doesn't know how to drive manual so whenever i'm drunk, i just have to leave the car somewhere.. too many hassle)... anyways, i just figured that if I get a car with low interest and some additional downpayment, I'm hoping the monthly payment will be lower than $800...
and i guess most of people are voting for M instead of FX..
I'll stop by a dealer and see what they can offer......

the whole point of the M35 is the technology packadge. which is nothing short of amazing. without it, its just a regular ol luxury sedan. make sure you try the technology pakadge.

I hate sedans, with/without rattles, I would get the FX but it would be the 45. Gas is always an issue so most get the 35. I love the interior of the FX personally.

What length is your financing? 60months?
If really don't want to lease look at a 72month. That should drop your payments by quite a bit. And you can always make princple only payments down the line if you want to pay it off faster.

FYI
FX35 base* ~$38k MSRP
M35 base* ~$41K MSRP

With $1k down at 72months the FX35 base would be about $650/month if you have decent credit.
