Anyhoo, they are doing an oil change too.
Most of our fancy wheels have adhesive.Only steel wheels have the clamps they bang on.

ahh I see. my question is, could the wheels not being balanced have caused my rotors to warp?

Are you sure the rotors are warped? Not accusing anyone of trying to sell some new rotors or anything... One thing that will def. warp rotors is over-torqued lugs. I check these everytime I get my car back from a service where they've removed a wheel, and more often than not, they are extremely over-torqued.

Warped rotors can be caused by high heat from emergency stopping as well. If you are still under warranty, they should machine them for you under warranty. I don't know about the Brembo brakes though. Nissan rotors are very soft and warp very easy. I have machined rotors on cars with less than 500 miles. Don't let them sell you new rotors if you are under warranty. Even if your warranty is over, they can just machine the front rotors as long as they are still within minimum thickness.
My normal price for machining front rotors is $180, but I can give you guys a good discount as well.

Jeff(Destro), since you know the manager, would you be able to kick things off and talk to the manager about club discount? This would be a great oportunity for them to win back some peeps.

Why would I do that? You should be coming to me for services that are non-warranty. I'll be cheaper than Infiniti to start with, plus I'll give you discounts.

same here. got my car back. no visual damage. They didnt replace the rotors, just resurfaced them. If it needed new ones, you best believe I would have gone aftermarket

I would love to, it's just even farther for me to trek into fairfax. Rosenthal is closer to one of my work's office. I will keep you in mine though.

new guy named 'vince'...doesnt seem too friendly....doesnt look good for IOC...im not feeling too welcome anymore. overall they let me in the back to check out the fact my car is so low they couldnt get it on the rack for an alignment...hopefully we'll see if they can find a work around.

I also mentioned how we are supposed to receive 20% NOT 15% to Gary and he said he would take care of it..
