Install went OK. Took them 4 hours which is decent time. Everything works like it should, no problems yet. When I got home, I thoroughly checked their work, and there were some parts where I felt they could have done a better job. I had to tidy up some wires up or put wire loom on other wires. And looking back at it, I should have installed the alarm myself. I was debating on installing it myself, but the weather was too cold outside for me to work, so I just said F it, and get it installed. Don't get me wrong, they did enough to make the alarm work, but it wasn't super high level work. For instance, they didn't solder the +12V, ignition, or starter wires, they just used heavy duty wire taps. I doubt it will, but hopefully this won't cause any problems in the distant future. So would I recommend them...yes...if you are not too concerned with the cleaniness of the install. The fact that they are an authorized Clifford dealer is a plus because you can go to them anytime if there is any problems. Plus the guy there is nice and knowledgable about alarm systems.

As far as the alarm goes, I love it. I use the remote start and the turbo timer all the time. Range is ok I guess, but I don't get signal from where I usually park at work. I'll try parking closer to the building instead of out in the boondocks. I plan to add more features to it whenever I get a chance.

this method works farely well. i had my car parked outside and later when i went back, i saw a car parked extremely close to me. so i checked the back bumper and there was a little black mark on it which matched up with the front bumper of the car behind me. I got pissed off ripped off the license plate and front mount of the car and now it hangs on my wall. that bastard.
