I wouldn't race anything that has an MSRP less than 25k it just means that whoever bought it could spend 10k and still be under the G's MSRP. You can get a lot of "stuff" for 10k! If you don't know what's next to ya don't bother unless you can eat that piece of humble pie afterwards and not feel like you got your ego deflated. I learned that back when I raced my 91 Formula against a Nissan 200sx with 4 guys in it, cruising in OC. Beat me like 3 times light to light... THAT was embarrassing... However, I felt better when a cop saw us and took off after the two of us... I had the smarts and swung a U before he caught up, he nailed the 200SX

Now THAT was funny.

TO the OP: did the neon have personalized plates?

Theres an orange neon with a crazy body kit, rims and spoiler at my apt complex. he uses a car cover when it rains...it may be the same guy.

Man I don't know what's worse...geting beat by the SRT-4 or my recent loss to a Mini Cooper S!?!? I think it was modified cause his exhaust note was way loud for stock.

LOL ohh boy, now thats inexcusable. SRT-4 is a monster in the straight line, cant say the same for the cooper S. whao i dont even remember where i wasted my 1000th post. hehe

I ve raced Stock SRT4's before and whooped them w/o a problem...of course if they are heavily modded then yeah they have a chance against our G's. But same scenerio...if a heavily modded G was up against a heavily modded SRT4 it be no contest ...our G would beat the paint off them hands down...
