Wheel Offset on the 05 Coupe

I am about to purchase some wheels and they said that the offset is 20mm/front and 15mm/rear and that it would fit my car and they would be no rubbing. They also said that a 350Z just bought the same setup. Now I dont know alot about offset, can anyone help me w/ this? The wheels are 19x8/front and 19x9.5/rear. The tires are 245/35/19 and 275/30/19. Can anyone tell me if this will work?

those will fit...
although the front will be a little sunk and the rear will be flush.

a z can take easily
19x9 +18
19x10 +22
which equates to a 19x8 +6 19x9.5 +16
that would retain the front spacing.
