Bad News......

Well not for me....I BOUGHT A NEW HOME!!!!! They are starting construction very shortly and it should be done in August or September. Here's the bad part, it's in Texas........The home is HUGE and Cheap compared to this market. I'll post pics later. This lil venture is going to cost me quite a few weekends getting my MD home ready to sell, and packing stuff and bringing my fleet of 4 vehicles down during the wait. Looks like my DIY days are problably done for now. Sorry to all who had stuff for me to install. My HH time is still open so I will see you guys and Rhea on Thursdays. I'm so excited, I will be living in a gated commuinty surrounded by a golf course. The house is 3842 sq ft w a 2 car garage. Man it's going to take forever to move.

The house is on a 1/4 acre, and I(we) are paying $357,??? so about $2367 a month. Depending on were you want to be houses start @ $190,000 for 2500sq ft, 3000 sq ft or larger is still under $400,000. My friend with th vette went with us and he is going back to by some land there also. They are building like CRAZY!! I live 10 minutes from a few of the San Antonio Spurs, and ther is a country singer who lives 10 minutes away as well. My son was thrilled because the first day there he saw 9 porsches, 2 G's and a whole lot of BMW's and Mercedes. Believe it or not there is alot of bars down there, it's 1 of the top 10 party cities in the US. We took a Limo Bus Saturday night and got TRASHED off of Whiskey and Vodka drinks. Oh yeah 1 other minor detail Annual Snowfall in Sant Antonio is less then an inch!!! Weather in San Antonio today is 74 tommorrow 84
