oh ****!!!!!!
few months back I got this sponsorship offer from vertical door company and I turn them down. I'm a strong believer of "V-door belong to Lambos"
however the pics are indeed cool. esp 2nd.......

I always liked lambo doors, especially since the G's doors are huge and heavy and swing far out I think they would be more convienent. Alot of people think they look ricey, but this forum is very snobby to anything that could be considered even remotely 'ricey'.

Is there a kit that will allow you to open the door either way, normal or lambo style? I heard somewhere that there was one.

I've heard of hinges like that. Most verticle hinge doors swing out to some degree (about 1/3 normal).

I almost got these doors also until i saw a flimsy one.I drive often and the replica of lambo i saw would not last .The wind was blowing and the doors were swinging side to side..Lambo i'm sure is better but the lambo was made to have this door .These other cars are being modified to take this door.I don't like wind noise and stuff like that ,which i am sure would soon follow.I also work in Baltimore with pot holes and crap .Potholes would i'm sure shake the hell out of the door just like they can bend a rim.Peace my 2 cents.

Yea. Those are major concerns. You get what you pay for with stuff like this. If you buy a cheap bolt on system, your going to run in to problems at some point down the road. They do make stronger more durable systems that are welded. If it's done right the end product is oem-like quality.
