I actually used your direction and short story even shorter, I checked craigslist in Philly, and it looks like I will be taking a trip this weekend to see a few cars (celicas).

have you considered the Nissan Sentra? My friend's 2000 sentra has about 160,000 miles on his and its still running strong

 

Toyota has discontinued the celica and mr2 that's, probably why the price has gone up.

 

John what happened to that tegra that we went and checked out?

 

They wanted too much for it. the one that was messed up in the corner was the one that was affordable.

I am likely going to philly this weekend to see a celica that I found for a good price. Private seller who offered me every detail of the car so far.

 

Says it all.

 

Even old body celicas with decent mileage (around 100k or slightly under) are costing an arm and a big toe... its nuts.
