Spring Suggestions...

Hey guys, Im gonna get some springs soon. I was looking at the 350Z H-Techs. From everything I read in regards of performance these are the best ones and arent as soft as the G35 H-Techs. Any suggestions? I didnt want to get the Tokico D-Specs but maybe would later on and wanted to keep my camber in spec.

What you guys suggest? I saw them cheapest on www.calienteautomotive.com for $125 or so.

Devon, bro gonna need your help installing

Hey Tik/Devon,

hey sorry I started another thread on this before I saw yours.. I wanted like an 1" drop all around, what are the 350z h-tech's supposed to do, like .8 & .5? I was thinking about espelir gt springs, they are decent, like .9 in the front and .7 in the back. Pretty stiff as well. I heard the G Tein springs are good for normal driving but horrible for performance.. any thoughts?

K I heard those were a lot softer than the Z H-Techs which is why I wanted to go that route.

how bout a GB for some springs? I might be down. I think they're already moderately cheap. But i'm sure we can get 3-5 people interested. I'd be down if we can get them cheap. Just a thought

Greg, i'd hit up Jesus as far as his springs goes. The GT's seem like more of a drop that you'd want than the H-Techs. Or you can look at Lek's link on the Nismos but seem a little more $$$ and its a new product so not much feedback.

how much drop are those GT's? I don't have the Greddy front anymore, I have the Nismo now.. And I'm getting rid of the Greddy sides, so I can drop the car a good bit... I know they are both linear springs (350z h-tech's and GT's).. I def am trying to look into other products, I'll have to do some more research on those Nismo springs. If it says 1" drop for the Z though that means 1 1/2" for the G.... (whatever the drop for a Z add a 1/2" for the G is the rule of thumb I've heard)
