H I D's

A friend of mine sells H I D kits for almost any car and is looking to sell them cheap. I just ordered a set of yellow 3000k for the fogs in my G for $260. They are virtually plug and play....the only wiring needed to be done is a power and ground....other than that...straight easy kit. PM me if interested and I can forward you his email/info.

Definitely post pictures and more details as in what brand (bulbs and ballast). Did you wire it to your fog or highbeam? Never seem HID in the fog housing before, but would amagine it giving off terrible glare (to other drivers) when driving with all the time.

I assume he's replacing the oem fog with the HID and not an aftermarket fog lights kit. Being that our oem fog serves as high beam as well, putting HID in that housing, I would imaging to have the same effects as running your high beams.

I am putting the H I D in the fog light/high beam housing, but it wont be as bright as a high beam because the regular bulb in it is a H4 and that is a high/low bulb. The H I D is not a high/low...and hence you should not get that crazy glare and im not running anything super bright white/blue...im running 3000K yellow...i should have mine on by the end of the week. I just put some 6000K on my 06 F-350 and they are amazing. And to answer your questions Lek, he has been doing these H I D's for I'd say around a year so far and doesnt have issues with this company. Once i get my new set, I will post the brand name up so you guys can check them out.

Hey Pratik, I have the Phillips 6000k installed. Here's some pics that I took when I first got them on, since you wanted to see them.
