I have attended mixed martial art fights and never seen a Capoeira fighter and thus have no evidence, but while trying not to offend the Capoeira guys, it appears to me as relatively ineffective in combat all things being equal. Has anyone witnessed a Capoeira fighter in the ring that doen't just use it sparingly when there is room and energy to spare? Again, I havn't seen a fight but I can only assume this is becuase it is ineffective, no offense to those who take things to seriously.
