Black Coupe @ IOC Skyline Badge

I saw a coupe with Blk Rims at IOC this morning with the SKYLINE Badge. Anyone from Gdriver? What kinda rims are those?

thats G vice (vic's) car. has the CF hood/lowered w/ black wheels/polished lip, i saw it there like 2 days ago as well. his wheels i think are vellanos?? someone correct me if im wrong!!

EDIT.. maybe NOT vellano's...they are another brand...i'll look em up post em for ya!!
