I was quoted by AAM Altered Atmosphere $1185 for install of cams. They said it needs to be shimmed and etc.

 

that is costly as hell, try IOA and see what you can get with 25% off dude

 

IOC is 20 % Annapolis is 25 percent.

 

IOC will not install CAMS...i can almost guarantee you of this. I just asked Ryan Meyers if they could do a S/C install, they refused on grounds of warranty issues. In case something goes wrong during the install or they mess up, they would still have to fix that item under warranty. And we all know w/ FI you have NO warranty...

^^ i do... i'll have to research a little more. apparently the cams need to be shimmed and thats not something everyone can do correctly. I'd rather have someone who's been doing many of them to do it.

 

why don t u go the FI route. Lets all get FI!!!!!.. Im looking into the HKS Rotery SC. I keep hearing that turbos for the sedan have to fabricated. Besides, i need drivability and not having to get tuned every month.:P
