Hey guys.. I'm new here at national g club... i was here at g35 coupe forum for certain time period but i didn't know we had ngc here in VA.. this is cool~~
but anyway, I also bought my 2005 G35 Coupe w/ full option at Rosenthal Infiniti and I took my car in last week since I head lots of vibration and noise inside of my car but they said they didn't here anything when they test drove it and they returned my car w/o doing any work done...
Can I take my car to some other dealer for that service?? sorry sounds kind dumb question.. but just want to make sure.. thanks

Let me know what they do to fix your clicking noise. I can't seem to get mine to go away and I'm curious as to how they will fix it. Thanks!

They said they couldn't find my clicking noise. I don't know if they fixed it and didnt tell the SA but it's not clicking anymore LOL. I guess they're that good. They said that that the clicking noise is ususally found in the coupe and not sedan but who knows. They would have lubed something or if that didnt work, then they would have to replace a part. Sorry I don't really know much more than that.

That's what they said but they've retightened them 3 times and it won't go away. This last time they said it's my sway bars...the bushings maybe...but I'm not sure.

they are not supposed to retighten them .. they are supposed to REPLACE them ... next time print a list of the TSB and take it with you

They updated the TSB, you just tighten them and add a special grease.
At least for the 350Z's.

BTW, if you guys need, I can do work on your cars, I am Service Advisor at Nissan in Fairfax. We can get all the right parts and filters and such, we just can't do any warranty work on Infiniti's.
Plus, we are usually a lot cheaper than the Infiniti dealers.
