Well working at a hospital and dealing with the financial aspects... I do understand what you're saying... I just hope that he wasn't fired because of legtimate warranty work.

I basically have been living at IOC lately. I been too lazy to do any work myself on my car so I been having IOC do it. Power wire to my amp which I ran through the firewall, the rubber plug that plugs the hole came out..rather than fix it myself, had IOC do it for some change $$. Trunk switch not working, being replaced by IOC. Now I have 2 badly torn up exhaust gaskets...going in today to have them replaced!! they are totally bad *** though, call ryan, im in there like swimwear 1 hr later...thats what i call customer service!!

I really like the sedans.... I actually like the 04 sedan better....i mean the seating is more comfortable. but the 05 sedans are definitely faster. but it feels like I'm sitting sooo high. Anyways.. I like the sedans.

** UPDATE **

Received a call from my service advisor... who informed me they ordered a part for my window issue and it'll be coming in tomorrow... so they're gonna keep car until everything is done. That's cool. Saves me time from going back and forth.

wanalaugh,

power wire is aftermarket, but i had already ran it into the car, the rubber grommet fell into the hole it was stuffing so to be safe no water gets into the hole and all up on the ECU and wiring i had em fix it for me!!

** UPDATE **

Car is done... I picked it up around noon. Service was great... they fixed everything... the window rolls up super fast now... the seat lowers now... they did a great job of cleaning up the car... made the interior look real nice... and exterior. I'd definitely go back to Infiniti of Chantily.
