thanks arjunz, it appears that you are loved. so anyway, do you have a radar detector? if so what kind? If anyone else does feel free to post it too or we can discuss, ahhh ....where arjunz might go to law school.

That sucks about your ticket man. A radar detector might help but it's no guarantee you won't get a ticket. Of course, I rather have one than not. It really does pay for itself.

I have a Passport too. It works great but it's worthless against laser. Unless you use a scrambler or some other kind of cloaking device, a laser detector is only good for letting you know you've been tagged. So if you get tagged, you might as well just pull on over. No sense putting yourself on the next installment of Scariest Police Chases.

Passport 8500 (non X50...old school). Saved my butt many many times.

As for lawyers I had a good one. He saved my @ss b/c I was on probably and I got another ticket. His name is Howard Gerber. Nice guy and the price wasn't too bad. $250. Let me know if you need help finding him.

I got hte Passport X50. Dont always use it though since I come into VA for work. However, I do think its good. I know for a fact its saved me one time in a speed trap on 270. For those that started using the x50 out of the box, you DO have to turn on the KA laser manually I believe. Its in the instruction book at least. I'd recommend turning that on.
