infiniti, no disrespect to rosenthal as I purchased my car from 'Anne', as have at least 2-3 other members on this board. However, I took my car in once for my first oil change, and in addition to the oil change they also gave me free curb rash on my stock 18s, and stole about $3-$4 worth of quarters inside my center console. Now I'm not desperate for that money and never brought it up, however its the principal. But this has happened to 2 other members on this board, both the curb rash and the items which were 'removed' so to speak. Again, no disrespect to you or anyone else at rosenthal, but after that incident I have never and will never return to rosenthal for any service.

on a side note, welcome to the boards!! NGC has grown from about 5 to about 30 members in just 2-3 months!!

First off no offense taken. Also I apologize for the horrible service that many of you may have recieved at Rosenthal. I have been there for three months and I sincerly hope none of this has been going on since then. For those of you who choose not to deal with Rosenthal I respect that b/c I won't deal with people that treated me and my car like that. We have recently come under new management so maybe I can still help out some of you that would like to get some good deals on parts for your car. I know I sound like a salesman right now so I'll stop. On a side note I'm very happy to have joined and look forward to meeting all of you

Welcome!! I actually got my Infiniti from Rosenthal. My salesman was Jeff, the one who was in the magazine for his S2000.

Well, glad to know that someone is on here that works there.
