Rain - Rear Window
Rain - Rear Window
Prior to my wife getting her 05 CPE 6MT from JBA Infiniti in June, she drove a 1991 Mitsubishi 3000GT - also in red! The one thing she said she misses from her 3000GT is the rear window wiper/washer. She has found that when raining the water tended to remain on her G's rear window.
I suggested I put a coat of Z-2 on the rear glass and she agreed. It works like a charm and the water now simply sheets off the glass. I know there are products out there (Rain-X ?) that are intended for this, but this solution worked great with materials already on hand.
Another use for the Zaino stuff is for wheel protection. Sal Zaino suggested I apply three coats of Z-3 or Z-5 on the wheels and that seems to be doing well.
Oh yeah, as she approaches the end of the 1200 mile break-in period she is absolutely loving the car. No negatives at all!

Try a set of the Project mu, NS pads. About 1/4 the dust.

Just wanted to share my experience - I don't own stock in Zaino.

zaino is DEF the sheet!! brian, DEF get some hawk pads, you WONT regret it!! Myself, Lek and Greg all have Hawks...i CANNOT imagine having aftermarket wheels, or even stock wheels w/ OEM pads. the OEM pads are absolutely ridiculous when it comes to dust and having to clean your wheels is every 2-3 days is even more ridiculous!!
