NOVA Newcomer

Hello. I just finished joining NationalGClub and I'm looking forward to getting to know you guys. I've been reading around and I gotta admit you all had me laughing sometimes with some of your posts.

I'm no stranger to hooking up rides and I'm excited to start on the G. I purchased an '03 Black on Black 6MT Coupe with 19K on the ODO. No mods yet other than 19" Black Armano rims with Nitto 555's. I'll have pics up soon.

I want to try and make the Valley Forge meet but I might be driving down to FL that weekend..if things change I'll bounce with you all.

Thanks everyone. Yeah, I was missing a word in my sig..duh! Anyways, I'll have pics up soon. I just want to work in a second coat of wax before taking pics. There was an unacceptable amount of swirlmarks in the paint that I am working on right now.

Ahh man, my last car was black and as much as I love the color, its so tough to maintain that shine. Hopefully the wax will help you out but I used to be washing that car every few days!

I was never good at getting the swirls out of my black RX7. Love the color just hard to keep up. But beautiful one it is clean and waxed.

This is only the second black car that I've owned..my very first car was black and it was a 1981 Datsun 280ZX...I loved that car. The body went out on it before the engine did. But yeah..I'm starting to realize how hard it is to keep this bitch clean

Have you tried using an orbital buffer on it? Less elbow grease and better result.

Yeah last weekend I used my friends Buffer to buff off the wax. I used Turtle Wax's Color wax and it helped fill in alot of the stone chips and helped the swirl marks disappear. A few more coats and she'll be beautiful...I hope.

Hey, Was that your black G I saw at Passport a few days ago. It had the OEM Brembos painted red and a Impul(?) rear lip?
