I know that. He adjusts. New blocking schemes, throwing more down the field. Getting the pieces on the field that he wants and will get the job done. 3 SB's, 3 diff. QB's, 3 diff. RB's speaks for itself. He's a HOF'er for a reason.

 

LET'S face it skins suck. This isn't early 90's anymore...back then it was all about the redskins.

 

Lets do a meet where we go watch the skins...

Gibbs used to live down the street from me when he was the coach for the skins in the early 90s. He's a good coach he'll turn around the skins (remember this isn't something that can be done ASAP it will take a couple seasons for him to get the right players and have them adjust to his coaching and plays).
