I don't have an intake... just the Z-Tube and a K&N drop in. Is that really a mod though? I got the K&N because I think it is a wise investment. I'd rather pay $45 once than pay $15-20 many times. The Z-Tube just sounds cool!

mbq62, what made you decide on the crawford plenum vs. all the other stuff out there? I'm still in the decision-making process on that one...

I decided on the crawford plenum because it's the best.... IMO People will and can debate but I think it's the best one.

Lek is just jumpin on the crawford bandwaggon! he doesnt even know what the part does!!! hahahaha j/k. im surprised lek went this route b/c he's so worried about voiding his warranty, since this is easily noticeable under the hood whereas the spacer is not. in addition the gains of the 1/2'' spacer were just about identical to the crawford plenum (give or a few HP). In the end this was a performance mod for me and when comparing the performance I saw no justification in the additional $$. To each his/her own!

The 1/2" will not fit under the stock engine cover. The only reason I'd get the spacer is so no one can see it. I think it'll be a good mod in performance..(or lack there of) and appearance. I like it better than the stock upper plenum. So it's like 2 birds with one stone.
